Our goal is to make paying for your trip as easy as possible. Once you have selected a hotel package you have the option to set up a payment plan. The payment plan will divide the package total into equal payments that are charged monthly to the credit card on file. On Location does not charge a fee for payment plans. Approximate transfer durations from Dublin & Shannon Airport to other cities outside of Dublin are listed below. Shannon Airport is a much more convenient airport for guests going to Cork, Galway or Kerry while guests going to Belfast or Kilkenny should fly into Dublin Airport. Guests not traveling outside of Dublin, should fly in and out of Dublin Airport.
Irish Airports are much smaller than most American airports and will experience high volume on your departure day. Please anticipate an early start on your departure day. We will schedule your transfer to get you to the airport at least 3 hours in advance of your departure time. This will be necessary to ensure you are able to make it through check-in, security, and customs prior to your flight. Final confirmation of departure airport transfer pick-up times will be sent approximately 30 days prior to departure.

Group airfare packages will be released in November 2025 as airlines release their flight schedules approximately 10 months prior to the month of the event.
Please note, this is for airfare between the United States and Ireland. If your travel package includes two different countries, such as an Edinburgh/Dublin package, a one-way flight from Scotland to Dublin is included in the package.
In addition to receiving airfare that aligns with your hotel package, air package buyers will also receive round-trip airport transfers. Airport transfers are not included for guests who do NOT purchase a group air package.
Our flight packages are designed to align with our land package options. Select the flight package that is the same number of days as your land package.

You will be required to provide our staff with each guest’s full name as listed on your passport. We also will need your birthday, passport number, and passport expiration date.

A majority of our official airfare packages feature seats in the economy cabin. However, a select number of flight packages will have business class options.
Please be aware, these business class seats are limited, so be sure to act fast if you are interested.
Seating assignments are subject to the airline’s discretion directly. However, if you have specific seating requests, please let us know and we will provide this request to the airline. Please note, we cannot guarantee that the airline will be able to accommodate these requests, and you are not guaranteed to be sitting with your accompanying guests.
If your seating request is not accommodated, we recommend requesting a seat change with the airline staff at check-in. Additional fees may be charged by the airline.
You will receive your exact seating assignment upon arrival at the airport.
Group airfare packages include one (1) free checked bag with a maximum weight of 50 pounds per traveler. Guests are responsible for checking with the individual airline regarding specific luggage policies and fees.
On Location is not responsible for miscellaneous fees or any baggage fees incurred during travel.
We are unable to accommodate any seating upgrades after booking. Any upgrade requests must be asked at airport check-in with the airline directly on your departure date.
We are unable to alter any flight dates or destinations. If the flight packages offered do not work for you, please fill out this Specialty Airfare Request Form.

Children over the age of 2 at the time of travel must have their own ticket and seat. If you are traveling with a child under two years, they may travel as a lap child and do not require an individual ticket. However, airline taxes and fees will still apply for a lap child. Each airline has their own policy so fees may vary. Fees are estimated to be between $300 – $500 per child. On Location will provide final costs once ticketed.
Frequent flyer airline miles are not allowed to be redeemed for group air reservations. However, you may add your frequent flyer number to your On Location airline package reservation to accrue miles through the designated airline.
Any other offers and/or discounts cannot be applied to group air reservations.
Yes, timetables for flights are subject to change based on the airline. If your flight schedule is altered, our team will notify all guests of any changes.
If booking connecting flights to join a group airfare package, On Location suggest allowing a minimum of 4 hours between connections. Guests may have to claim luggage and re-clear security at the connecting airport. If guests end up missing a scheduled Group Airfare flight due to a delay or cancellation with their connecting flight purchased on their own, On Location is not responsible for any re-booking fees associated with rebooking. If guests are going to miss their scheduled group airfare flight, please alert On Location as soon as possible for the best chance of getting guests reaccommodated on the next possible flight.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the package price per person is due at the time of booking. The final 50% payment is due in February 2026. All payments are fully non-refundable. On Location will charge all payments to the credit card first used to make the reservation on the due date.
Should payments not be made in accordance with the dates presented above, On Location reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply appropriate cancellation penalties per the cancellation policy.

Your airline confirmation number and boarding passes will not be accessible prior to checking-in at the airport the day of your departure. You will check-in at the airline desk upon arrival at your departing airport and will receive your boarding passes at that time.
You cannot check-in for your flight until 24 hours prior to traveling like in an independent booking. You will check-in at the airline desk upon arrival at your departing airport and will receive your boarding passes at this time.
Guests should arrive at the airport no later than 3 hours before their flight departs.
All guests should check with the airline servicer for their policies on bag-size limitations and specific items such as prescription medicines, liquids, etc.
On Location staff will not be present at your departure airport. However, our staff will be present upon arrival to facilitate ground transportation to your first hotel.
Most international flights will land early in the morning. The only way to guarantee an early check-in is by adding an additional night to the beginning of your package.
If you are not interested in adding an additional hotel night to your package, many hotels will hold your luggage while your room is being prepared.
You should contact On Location for all questions regarding your flight. The airline will not have your information until much closer to your departure date.
Yes, you can add travel insurance after booking, as long as your package hasn’t been paid in full. Once the package is fully paid, you’ll still have a 2-week window to purchase insurance if you haven’t already done so.
